Any amount due to the Bainskloof Corner Lodge cc will be payable as follows:
Individuals and groups:

50% deposit payable to secure booking, balance payable 7 days prior to arrival.
Any bookings made between one and seven days prior to service requires full payment.

Should the deposit / pre-payment not be received within the time-frame specified, Bainskloof Corner Lodge cc reserves the right to cancel the reservation

Payment may be effected via a direct bank transfer, alternatively should you wish to pay via your credit card, a credit card authorization document will be forwarded onto you, which is to be completed and returned to us by email or fax on 086 544 3235

Please note that all cancellations are only effective once confirmed in writing by our Reservation office. Please note that all refunds are subject to  bank charges.

• All bookings subject to a minimum 20% administration fee (20% of total booking)
• Reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival: 50% of full booking.
• Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of full booking
• No shows will be 100% of full booking fee.

Bainskloof Corner Lodge cc, is situated in the Limietberg Nature Reserve and we therefore ask that you PLEASE respect your environment. No picking of any fauna and flora, no feeding of wildlife, no littering, no fires unless in the demarcated areas at Bainskloof Corner Lodge and absolutely no glass is allowed past the entrance gate into the Nature Reserve!! Please take only pictures and leave only your footprints... and help us keep our environment as beautifully un-spoilt as it can be found.

Check In time: @ 13h00 - Check out time: @ 11h00. Early morning hikers please to arrange for luggage to be removed from rooms before departing on your hike!! Inconsideration in the above regard will be charged for an additional day's stay. Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by parents at all times during the duration of your stay at Bainskloof Corner Lodge. Bainskloof Corner Lodge cc. has a fully licensed Restaurant and Bar.
